There will be two groups of participants:

  • Youth Contestants (aged 12-18)
  • Adult Contestants (aged 19 and above)

A grand total of $20,000 in prizes will be awarded.*

  • Video Essay Contest open to all: journalists, influencers, students, event organizers, civic organizations welcome.
  • Contestants are required to submit, in English
  • a video of less than one minute
  • and an accompanying essay of less than 150 words

The theme should focus on “My Gift to America.” 

  • Submissions are accepted until March 15th, 2025.
  • Time to vote: March 16th to April 1st, 2025.

  • Engage with acclaimed filmmakers and influential community leaders.
  • Get a ticket (worth $150) to the award ceremony.
  • Win the $5000 (total $20,000) grants for your future production.
