How to Submit Your Entry

Step 1 — Fill out the form
Complete the official entry form first.

 digital form   << Download it.

Step 2 — Create ONE folder
Put the following items into the same folder:

• Your video file
• Your completed entry form (PDF or photo)

Step 3 — Name the folder
Name the folder using this format:

Lastname Firstname_Entry Title
Example: Wang Xiaoming_New Beginnings

Step 4 — Upload the FOLDER to Google Drive
Upload the entire folder (not individual files) to Google Drive   << Click it.
